Yes, they are for the stock rear. It comes with what's shown in the picture which is everything needed to install.
FYI. Currently I do have one person in front of you that wants these. If that falls through I can let you know.

The shifter is actaully the SLP Short Throw shifter for 1993-2002 Camaro/Firebird 6-speeds (not Hurst, I have corrected the ealier posts).
It does come with a brand new Hurst Leather ****.

4.10s have not been sold, however I am waiting to hear back from one person ahead of you that PMd me about the gears and rebuild kit.
