FS: Like New 72cc LS7-X 6 Bolt Ported Heads by TEA, Casting #025350

I have for sale a pair of 72cc LS7-X 285 6 Bolt head made by Worlds Castings and ported by Total Engine Airflow.

The bar head castings cost me $1,454.24, I sent them dirrectly to TEA and had them port the heads. TEA diamond hone guides, Ported, machined locators, competition multi-angle vale job for new seats, and mill heads flat for $849.02. I have $2,303.26 in the heads as they sit.

Here is a link to were to get Manley valves for the heads. I also know Ferrea makes valves for the heads.I found them directly from Manley for less and you can get them in different lengths so if your builder can pick the springs you’re going with you might be able to shorten the valves up a little more. I found them from Manley for $24-$28 for Int and $24-$26 for Exh

Intake 830505- Valve, 2.250x5/16x5.500 50° SD (Sev.Duty) .290 Tip, Conventional Keeper Groove
Exhaust 702720SD5- Valve, 1.625x5/16x5.530 50oSD (Severe Duty) .290 Tip, Conventional Keeper

I have a set of these same heads on my TT 427 motor that makes 880rwhp and 900rwtq. The heads have been on a motor for dyno testing and have been sent out to be cleaned up to look like new again.

Total Engine Airflow will charge around $307.25 to assemble the heads with titanium retainers, spring locators, and 5/16 valve locks.

I'm running Comp Cam 919 springs in my setup. With some very nice stainless steel shaft rockers by Crower. If anyone is interested they are 1:8 ratio part # 74110 with needle bearing tip option total cost $1,573. Heads are setup for shaft rockers.

Here is the flow sheet, I'm impressed with the heads making 391 at 0.600" and only 10 less at 0.550".

Picture of the rockers, they do not come with the heads.

TEA did a great job on the portings

PM or call me 563-506-3505 Nate

Asking $1,595 that’s $708 off what I paid for them,

Damn, now that's some flow #'s! Nice, all the way across the board. TEA knows their stuff, had them do some heads for me some time ago. GLWS
