Default any way to turn off adaptive learning?

Looking to turn off the adaptive learning for some tuning.
Is there an easy way to do this with hptuners? (98, as that may make a difference)

I mainly want to do it for more control over the trims at different locations, without having the averaged longterms and different cells to deal with.

Car will be a M6, so no need to deal with the tranny stuff

edit -> general -> fuel control

go to Open & Closed Loop ... you can disable LTFT .. however I would tune the car for 0 LTRIMs before going all out on it...

if the car's properly tuned it should lock to 0 every time it goes WOT (maybe even everytime it enters PE)

Or raise the closed loop enable temp and see the
open loop tune for what it is. Do you want closed
loop, no learning or do you want the loop opened?
