I have Ls1 Edit and I want to lock the Conveter after 1st gear. Can LS1 Edit do this or do I need a lock up switch!

Right answer, but you would do it through the Normal Mode MPH vs TPS chart. You do not want the converter locked in second gear above about 31% TPS. I'd try 25% and below to start out.

FWIW, I can not get the lock-up during shift feature to work.

Have you tried this and are you sure the TC locked up?

I tried it and the TC was not locking up at WOT.

Yes. I locked it at WOT starting around 2500 rpm (locked) on for dyno testing. I do not lock it for use on the street/track.

How did you lock TC by RPMS? MY is by TPS and MPH. Is there a RPM table to use

The table is by MPH. I happened to be looking at my dyno sheet and saw that is about where my graph starts. Just wanted to give you an idea of what could be done.

Yup, edit will do it at any TPS, including WOT.
