Can I lock the TC with LS1 EDIT or do I need a Lock up switch? I have Ls1 Edit and I want to lock the Conveter after 1st gear. Can LS1 Edit do this or do I need a lock up switch! <img border="0" alt="[Camaro]" title="" src="graemlins/camaro.gif" />

Re: Can I lock the TC with LS1 EDIT or do I need a Lock up switch? Right answer, but you would do it through the Normal Mode MPH vs TPS chart. You do not want the converter locked in second gear above about 31% TPS. I'd try 25% and below to start out.

I tried it and the TC was not locking up at WOT.
