Default Real-time tuning for 98' LS1?

What real-time solutions are available to tune 98' LS1?
One is RoadRunner but it is $700+soft+licenses = $1150 - pretty expensive.
Any other options?

Yes, but I can't spend so much money on it
Real-time board for my Nissan Silvia costs $330 with software... 3.5 times less

Nope, we tried to offer it for our 2 bar custom operating system but there just wasn't enough excess ram to be useful so we were unable to provide RTT on 98's

Anything is possible with enough time/money on hand, but it is alot of tedious work.

From what I have been told, almost every pin on the harness is different. Just that aspect would make the swap a PITA.
I was considering doing it too until I found that part out.

Not too hard to rewire harness to new PCM I think if that's only at PCM side.
What else is needed?

From what I've gathered, for Corvette-nothing, for Cqmaro - issues with fuel gauge and alternator.

look on the EFI live.com forums, page, it isjust at the pcm for a f-car, (and segment swap to make the fuel gauge work).
