friday i raced one at ned and it only ran a 14.1 at 101
i ran a 13.622 at 101.58 with a 95 z28
i figured it would give me a run for my money but i was kind of disappointed with the g8's time how much horsepower do they have
i know they are kind of heavy

I'm runnin 12's with just an intake and tune. Stock they vary between a solid mid-13 to 14 flat for the GT's.

im not sure if it was a gt but it def looked like it had a v8

I ran a 13.666 friday night. Completely stock on 19s.
There was actually another guy there with a white 08 GT. He ran once.... a 15.1. I dont know what the hell he did.

No way. they've only got 256 hp. In a 4000 lb. sedan. Now if they start using the Direct Injected 3.6 out of the CTS (which is what will be used in the V6 Camaros), I could see low 14s.

Fastest stock GT is 13.404@105 w/ 2.02 60ft. It was @ ATCO where obviously the magic happens lol. Could be faster if a sub 2.0 60ft is achieved.

yep, my 13.6 was there. Seems like 2.0 is the best 60 ft. with stock everything.

He just ran 13.38 over the weekend. Mine ran 13.57 @102 with intake and mufflers. I've only run the 1/8 after my SC cortex and NEP OTR and it ran 8.67 @ 82.98, (low 13's) 1365 ft of elevation. Last fall it ran 9.09 @78 mph, so I've had a nice pick up with the changes I've made. My best 60 ft so far 2.05, need to bring that down and with this tire its gonna be tough. The fastest g8 so far has twin turbos and it ran 11.00 flat at 129 in KCMO last fall and thats with stock L76 and 14 lbs of boost. It was spinning the tires all the way thru 1st gear. Just couldn't hook it up, not even with drag radials.
