Default rear bumber

i have an 04 gto.but i dont like how both pipe exit out of one side..can i just buy a 05 bumber and snap it on? or how does that work?

You can buy a full 05 rear bumper with the insert and swap them out. Then you can get your exhaust either re-ran, or get 05 exhaust.

This is the cheapest way, and IMO it looks awesome... I wish I had went this route, It looks a lot cleaner IMO....

I wouldn't mind finding an 04 bumper and doing that myself. Ever since my rear insert fell out, my *** end looks pretty bad and those inserts don't come cheap either.

Pick up a Monaro Valance from JHP... I paid 250 bucks for mine, It beats spending 600 bucks through GM... Unless you find one used on the forum...

Bumper. One 'b' and a 'p'.

You will also need to modify the foam structure that is behind the bumper cover as well. There are detailed threads about the conversion on the LS1GTO (dot com) forum.

thats how mine is but i didnt use that kit.
