22" 3 peice wheels on a showcar Gto, nothing ghetto...will they fit?
22x9 front
22x10.5 rears
5x120 bolt pattern (obviously the right bolt pattern)
30-35mm ish offset
**Center hub bore on the wheels is about 60mm which is what im mostly concerned about besides the obvious fitment and rubbing issues that might come up....
Tires will be low profile and wheels are 3 peice before anyone asks..
I know theres a search button but would lile to know if these specific specs on the wheels my buddy has will fit the GTO or any G8??? THANKS

I get the feeling they won't, but someone else will probably be able to answer better.
Now for the first thing that went through my head, how are they 22" rims and not ghetto? On a G8 I can see them looking ok MAYBE. But if you're putting them on a GTO, I'd throw you in the class with all those tards that have old Crown Vic's with the advertisements and 26" rims that are broken down in Wal-Mart parking lot.

my guess is on a 10.5 inch wheel ur going to want at least a 285 tire, if not bigger. ur gonna need to work the fenders, and even then I doubt it. I think you'll have a bigger problem with the fronts than anything. there's very little space up there. the tire diameter will be too big without modifying anything

Why a 22'' rim? 9/10 gto owners will not even consider this an option but its your car/money. Don't even consider this man just my opinion. To answer your ? will they fit not without work to your fenders and 22'' out front NO. Good luck if you go threw with it!!!

First of all, too big width...you can do 9.5 easily, 10 will take quite a bit of work and perfect offset. And speaking of offset, that is completely wrong so it will not even come close to fitting. Your wheels and tires are going to stick out several inches past the fender.
So if you like that sort of thing (which makes me think you do since you're considering 22" wheels) then go for it. But plan on having absolutely no squat at all because if you do even just once you will destroy your fenders and tires.

Like the mod says, it's your car and do what you want. It's bad enough I'm seeing more ragged out and trashed GTO's. Now it's hellaflush, donk and "two hunnit on'a mf'n dash"????? You're not going to get any respect from the GTO community doing that stuff, and rightly so.

You will really need to go with 22 x 8.5 wheels for them to fit. A few people have done it here in Australia with Monaro's (GTO's) and the Commodores (4 door GTO) but the problem is running the 22's results in the car sitting really high and looking crap. To make them look right and sit perfect you will need to think about modified struts and inner guards
Dont listen to the people who say it will look crap and not to do it, just do it properly. With a fat set of 22's on the rear and the right ride height, it will look very good
Check this thread out, its not a GTO, but might help
