Default Help me pick wheels for the goat...

Treating myself to a new set of wheels for my birthday so i can get rid of these big metal flowers that are currently holding my car up...What do you guys think?

Option A (Privat Fahren, 17x8, Hyper Gray)

Option B (MSR 044, 18x8, Gray)

Option C

...something else...(must give suggestion)

It's a tough call, but I went with A. What ever you get, be sure to post some pics! I don't have the skills, but you could always get somebody to photoshop them on for you.

I too went with A. Why not get them in 18"? They would look great on your car.

I say B. Look easier to clean. I don't care for the bolt together look. 18's front, 19's rear.

Hehe, you know what I voted

And they aren't hard to clean. The only part you really notice the dirt on is the polished lip.

You might also check out TSW Thruxtons and ROH Drift-Rs. I personally like choice B above because I don't care for the bolted on look either.

i'm not a big fan of the thruxtons only because i don't like how far the spoke bends back into the wheel (it's really exxaggerated looking). the Drift R is a nice wheel but the spoke itself is a little busy with the groove in it and stuff, i kinda like the simple spoke on the fahren.

IMO,the Privat doesnt fit as well as the MSR
18X8 with a 42 offset will fit better than a 18X8.5 with a 40 offset

The Fahren has the phony bolts on the wheels too..The wheel will be harder to clean and judging from this pic the MSR 044 looks badass...

I dont wanna cut my inner or outter wells and some guys are getting some rubbing depending on the tires they run on a 18X8.5 with that offset..

Check the pic bro
MSR 044 on a Torrid Red GTO,same color as my car and I'll have them on it by weeks end...
I cant wait,GET THE MSR's and run 245/40/18's all the way around...

I've seen that pic, the car looks badass! however, the fahren is 18x8 not 18x8.5 and also, yes the rivets will be harder to clean, but for some reason, i really LIKE that look.

plus, the MSRs are damn tough to find supposedly.

Opps your right I was going to get the Fahrens,My bad 18X8 is also the Fahrens.
I seel both Privat and Msr and u can find them if u know where to look

Privat told me a while for the Fahrens but if u go to www.aewheel.com and call them they will tell u where to get the MSR's...Last time I checked there was 12 sets nationwide in Silver...

Either wheel should look good... I'd say 18" front and 19" rear if you can, or just 18's all the way around if you dont want the bigger wheel in the rear look. (which I happen to like and wish I did myself)

I have the Privat Profil which is really similar to the MSR so I voted for them. Watch for rubbing in the rears.

The Fahrens might rub as 40MM offset if not as good as the 42MM offset of the MSR
I like the idea of rotation so I went 18X8 all around with 245/40/18
