Post 2006 GTO Advice Needed

Hey, I'm new to this, so hopefully everyone out there has some good feedback. I am currently looking at a New 2006 GTO. The dealership has sticker at $35,000...the guy I got my car from 2 years ago said "I'm giving you the deal of a lifetime." He is offering to sell me the GTO at $22,500. There is 46 miles on the car. 6 speed manual. Red with Red Leather Interior...what do you guys think? good deal, or something wrong with the car? thanks!

Impossible deal. Cannot buy a new 06 for $22,500 no matter who you are.

I know, that's what I'm thinking...but he has the paper work written out, and I have it sitting in front of me...is there possibly something wrong with it?

Has to be. Might have been wrecked; ask for a carfax. If not, I'm guessing the numbers will change when you get in there to buy it.You can't buy a new 05 for nearly that, no way on an 06 unless somethings going on.

that's what I am thinking, but same thing, I had a report run on it...clean. The only thing I can think of is the fact that its been on there lot ever since the 06's came out...not very long of course. I doubt it would change when I go to get the car, I have the actual invoice for the car, its for my bank so they can issue the loan for the car this week...oh well, guess I'll have to keep digging

Thanks, I hope so...out the door after tax title and license it is 23,956...soo...I'm hoping to get it at that price. If I decide to wait on it, if any of you know of someone interested in it let me know...the guy at the dealership is awesome, he would be willing to give a good deal to anyone
