what length belt are you running?.does the belt rub at the idler?
thx!!
I'm using the factory truck throttle cable I had to modify to get to work. I got some fittings that let you adjust its lenght I really need to get a nice lokar cable. Check out the build txfireman1972 is doing on his notch build thread on here he did it right with the lokar cable. As for the serpentine belt, I'm running manual power steering so I deleted the power steering pump had to search in Google and found the length. If you really need it I'll get it for you.

Do you have a picture of which way you mounted the aje mounts on the engine block?

Finally made it to the track. Really pleased with the outcome. The car ran great no issues at all and made 8 passes yesterday. Best all motor was 11.9@ 120mph. My last pass I sprayed but my bottle only had around 3 pounds left over from the dyno session. I really only felt it in first gear and then power went away.
Here's the pass I did on nitrous.

Still running the stock converter and really suffered from it yesterday at the track. I couldn't foot brake at all and had to basically leave off idle. Couldn't get a 60ft better than 1.9, converter coming soon haha.

I'm running 3.73 rear end with a 28in tall tire that seems to be a good combo as I was crossing the line at just about the top of 3rd.

You won't be dissapointed going to starkweather. Nathan really knows his stuff he was at the track yesterday and took the time to help me out. He noticed I was leaving off the line like **** so he put some more timing down low.
