I know this coming weekend I have to go to LaGrange. There is a small, and I mean small, chance I could delay it til saturday morning.

Yea Craig, we need an impact to do the studs. Did two with a wrench and it was horrible. I did get the airbag hooked up and played with the parking brake more.

 

Seems like we have enough interest. And it appears Friday is the best day so far. So now we need a time and place. Petsmart has been thrown out there. Sonic is always an option but we have to deal with the import crowd. Used to see some domestics at Starbucks on veterans but that was before I deployed so not sure now. I'm open to pretty much anywhere just trying to get something planned.

 

I have an appt this morning to get the cast cut off, so the doc can see how I'm doing then he'll decide to put me in a soft cast or back in hard cast. If it's a soft cast then I'll be there for sure on Friday!

That sucks man...but healing is the most important part. You've still got all summer so you're good.


As I have said, I'm open for anything....so I can work around whomever's schedule....so just let me know a time/date....as far as where....sonic is kind of small...and i see a lot of the Mustang guys there too...so maybe that's not a good idea (although we all know i don't mind...lol)....but i think a lot of it depends on what we plan on doing...are we gonna sit down somewhere and eat? are we just gonna meet up and hang out in the parking lot somewhere? are we gonna go for a cruise to some place? We need to figure that out and then decide on a place....

Well got the wheel studs in, parking brake adjusted, and calipers on. All I can say on the wheel studs is, man I love anti-seize. Craig can atest to that, got problems? Get anti-seize. Now I need some open ended lug nuts and get the relay and ground hooked up for the fuel pump. Then I will go to the front and get the wires hooked up to the altenator and ground. Oh, still got to got finish the exhaust. I am really kicking myself for not waiting and using the impact. Are those electric impacts pretty good? Nano ships tomorrow so I hope to have it friday.

 

make no mistake about it, craig does not have all summer, nor does sheik. im putting both their butts to work for at least one weekend! lol. oh yeah guys, its comin!

 

Cool sounds like something is getting put together! I installed my B&B Headers/3" exhaust w/o cats last week so I will be ready to go!

I will be checking back for a definite time and place.

man....i am sick as hell right now....it started yesterday...hopefully i won't be feeling too bad by friday though...we'll see....i'll probably still try to make it out though...

craig, sheik, need an estimate on time for installing all parts that are on hand currently, and those that are on the way.... far as i can tell we will be hitting it hard and getting it done in as timely a manner as possible, so take that into account. and craig, you know how fast we can work!

 

One day for everything at the auto skills shop of course. I'll say a good 6-7 hours worth of work doing it right with no serious issues!

 

nice. gonna put in some poly motor mounts while we are that far into it too.

 

They're calling for rain tomorrow....so we might have to put off a meet....

 

why? we have met up plenty of times when its raining. that just means you cant get out on the street actin a fool. you can still get together and talk cars though!
