Camaro SS specific question Did ANY SS Camaro (4th gens) come with a SLP badge on the car?? Im trying to convince a guy that regardless of options on the car that SLP didnt put their badge on it. He thinks that if it came with the CME then the SS came with the SLP Badge on it. Im having trouble verifying this. Thanks guys!!
Yeah no of them came with it. You can just buy one like I did and put it on, but SLP didn't put it on. I've got CME too so you can tell him that. I hear it gives you an extra 5 hp though haha.

I sold and ordered them brand new, no SS from 96-02 came with that aftermarket SLP badge on it. That badge showed up around 2002-2003 as an SLP accessory that you could order from their website. Hell after 99 unless an SS has Y2Y as an RPO code, it didn't even go to SLP for conversion.

My went to SLP and has the 345 hp package so I'm happy haha.

It says SLP Engineering. I bought the car completely stock in 2005, so unless the previous owner really wanted to let people know it was an slp car, i think it came from the factory that way.
