These are the same seats I bought and I LOVE them. I'll have pics of them in the car by this weekend and also of the bracket used to mount them with. I'm going to weigh everything before I do the final install on them.

If you could sell a pre-fabbed bracket that would make the seats a direct bolt-in, you'd have a sure winner on your hands!

It seems lots of folks want to ditch the heavy stock seats, but either can't fab up the bracketry themselves, or just don't want to do it.

Those are some nice seats at a good price.

I'm going to move this to the Sponsor Sale Forum.

There is a bracket in the works for these seats. The chassis shop that is doing my install has a full fab shop and they are going to supply brackets to racetech for a complete "bolt in" application. The final brackets are being lazer cut, bent, and welded today and should be out of powdercoating Friday. I'll post pics and weights of them.

Sounds good. I would like a bolt in solution. Does anyone know what the leather pass and power drivers seat weigh?

I just weighed my drag seats here at work. 14.52 pounds. I called the fab shop and he weighed the brackets, they are a touch under 3 pounds for the pair. So a seat with the two brackets will come in at 17.5 pounds I'm thinking the stockers are a little over 40lbs each. I'll bring mine in and check them tomorrow. I've attached a pic of the seat on the scales and one of the seat I weighed. Btw, both my seats are 17 inch widths.

This seat is not going to have any problems with tech at NHRA or IHRA tracks will it?

Can you weld the bracket needed for "fast" car to the roll cage?

No adjustments to seat? (front to back)?

I'm having a chassis shop install my seats to NHRA rules. They are being attached to the cross bar (belt bar) by a back support bar to keep them flipping backwards, and also the brackets are for a fixed position seating after you bolt the seats to them. I'll post up some completed install pics when I pick the car up this weekend.
