Exzactly.....the best part is racing someone that went .3 faster 3 mph than you and you pull on them. They are like wtf!!!? Street is a blast.

My car had the cam installed then dyno tuned up In a shop in florida NY...The owner of the shop just bought a Mustang Dyno and it wasnt calibrated correctly yet when my car was on it so the numbers are false.

nice runs the cutout and injectors should make a good difference. Did he have a passanger? that makes pretty good difference too.

Ok, gotcha on the dyno #'s.

I met Dave once or twice when he had his red 99 Cobra and my cousin had a Whippled 03.

Those were some good runs. I would have thought he would get you by a little more. What was the temp when you guys raced. I cant hook below 50 or so in 2nd so no racing for me until I get my 315 BFG DR's on.

no...

full bolt on MS3 cars are very capable of 117-120 traps with 3.42's.

The MS3 is by no means a small cam.

Man there are many cam only cars trapping 117 and above. I trap 116 in a full weight car with a 228R cam and plus I am an A4. The OP car should easily trap 116-118 with that MS3 cam.

well I highly recommend the cam...its great dd capable (which I do with the car) and has great power when you need it....and it sounds badass.

Most of them were in my Mach and yes I walked them, some even had heads also. 00silvergtp can vouch for it cuz he was video taping. The Mach was fast though. 550 rwtq with 4:10's and s ticky tire is hard to beat. Here is me in my Cobra against a cammed FRC Vette it went 11.90 at 117. The cam isnt very big, but its a full bolt on car also.

That is what is weird to me about this race. I drove my 233/239 112lsa cammed F-body within days of buying my upper, lower pullied bolton Cobra and the same thing would happen as in Cory's vid if I could have run them against each other.

I cant even hit it in 2nd gear below 50 and in 35 degree weather 3rd is useless below 65 until I do a couple rolling burnouts. This is on 275 Nitto 555 street tires. I have 315 BFG DR's on a 10.5" rim going on tomorrow for this reason. Hopefully they will help out whenever my lazy *** gets the Whipple installed

weird....

I cant picture my car getting yanked like that by a bolt on/pullied Cobra.

what kind of power was that Vette putting down??

Also, this is from the same night I raced the Cobra...these cars were with me actually.

fully built 2 door Civic Si...put down 390whp on 14psi. The kid just bought it so we dont know what it traps/runs yet but he has M/T's on it...it came from texas...put down 600whp on race gas.

I agree.....

Kidcamaro- Every car, setup and driver is different. To be honest, I dont see me getting beat by a cam only car. Fro instance my buddies full bolt on C5Z06 runs 11.70 at 118 and I pull on him hard up top. Unexplainable.
