have anyone ran a superbee srt8 . well my uncel just got his car about 4months ago and he keeps talking **** that he beats the new 2010 ss and he thinks hes car is real fast so any way. i took out my wife for our ann . so i took out my 99 camaro ss and all my fam was there to so after we left the restaurant he wanted to run so we ran from a roll at 35 and punched it at the same time he stood up with me for like 1sec and then my car was pulling on him and i know he was shifting his auto stick . i just left my car in drive . my car is a4 . with power programmer slp loud mouth slp airlid slp ram air black wing air filter tb bypass . so you you guys think he should have got me or what

 

IF he was shifting the auto stick or even if he wasn't he should have got you for sure.

 

outcome sounds about right. i'm assuming he is stock. stock v stock you are pretty evenly matched with the edge going to the SRT imo. but your mods seem to have made the difference. as for the 2010 SS i haven't seen any real stock #s that are that much better than the F-body being that both have hit 12s stock. although the new SS/LS3 is doing it more frequently. if he is beating the new SS it is a match that could swing either way with the edge going to the SS if it is the SS w/LS3 and to the SRT if it is the other SS. hp/lbs.

Don't know if he would win but he sure as heck shouldn't have been manually shifting. I even wonder if his ESP was fully/partially off since he obviously doesn't know the quirks of the car.

those are low 13 sec cars stock so i think thats about right with your mods.
best run i have had with one of those was at the track.
it was a charger srt8 with a vortech or paxton and a set of slicks and we ran 3 times and was even untill right at the end he would get a fender on me because he was traping a few mph more but we where both in the 12.6 range.

Good kill. I ran one when I used to have my 2000 TA it was stock down to the filter and beat it by half car and the guy couldn't believe it. I was so happy with the LS because it was my first run in it and first kill plus my first LS haha. Honeslty I didn't think I would win at all. I thought he would pull but nope, that's not how it went down.
