Yes, I do. The ones I read about or seen(that went kaboom) have been over 8psi. An LS2 and 5.0 are different animals though. Some Ford techs have said the internals in the 5.0 may not be suited for boost. But, like everything else, we'll see.

ya but that 8psi will make over 550+whp in tbss's atleast that have about a 20-25% drivetrain loss

And don't think that the 3.31s are a slouch. His Trans gears are very aggressive. First gear is 3.28 and second is 2.90(if I remember correctly). That really helps building up speed even with the weight.
aggressive tranny gearing and small stock tires arent a very good match. even the optional "performance tires" are only 255's (245's stock). Im sure all that spinning between shifts kills an mph or 2. Also, look at the front end on a mustang and try to tell me with a straight face that that front end is as aerodynamic as a C5 corvette Z06 .youre right thats ludicris. That probably kills at least 1mph there as well.

The fact that its a Mustang in general probably kills 1mph or so.

i think the rear looks great. Also, the rear quarter panel looks a million times better with that improved fender/body line. It makes the 05-09 look pedestrian

255s, that's it? Ouch.

They are shaped like bricks but they should still get 112-113 with 370rwhp. May be tough, but can be done. Just takes seat time.

another reason why they probably arent trapping much higher than 110currently with the 3.73's is because they hit the rev limiter at 110mph and cant just leave it in gear to pass the 1/4mile marker so they have to shift (u usually lose a bit between shifts) and have to cross the line accelerating at the bottom of 5th gear.

also, im sure the aero has to kill at least a bit. My friends LS1 WS6 loses 1+MPH on the runs he does with the headlights on.

cough, cough. superchargers

Your friend kenny bell will come through.
Well just so you know Evolution's car has now gone 11.65 @ 118mph with no other mods done. And the cars dyno ~370rwhp stock, so why would you say they will only dyno close to 350hp stock "if that?" Have yuo not been paying attention the past couple months? :gfto:

actually it has trapped 118.85 which is pretty much 119mph. But i think its at a lil over 400rwhp with tuning, air filter and off road x pipe. strong numbers though!

They dynoed it, and it came out to 405rwhp. That's all we can go off of now, and seems about right for a ~3550lb car geared the way it's geared.

Some might argue with me but I would put some 1 7/8 headers on that car with dual 3" exhaust. It needs it reving that high and the amount of air that motor sucks in.

Don't forget the upper and lower control arms along with slicks and skinnies up front. They probably make the biggest improvement out of performance bolt-ons.
