Default 360awhp evo 9 vs 520+rwhp Camaro SS...vid's

first run, I blew the tires off all of 1st and 2nd....once I hooked, He just held his lead. You can hear the tire screeching...

Run 1: 20-120 (No spray)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgUxOFeRvrI

sprayed him this time....this time, instead of blowing the tires off to 40mph like the N/A run, I blew the tires off until 70...once I hooked, I reeled him in and went by him like he hit his brakes, which I assure you, he was still WOT. You can hear me pedaling a few times fighting traction as we hate each other.

Run 2: 40-120 (100 shot)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbRWIetP7Rg

same goes as above....only this time, you can hear the squeeling of my tires all through 2nd gear and 3rd...hooked somewhere around 65-70, and see ya....tire's squeeling again...

Run 3: 20-120 (100 shot)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjCZ7EOClwc

BTW, this is one of my buddys. Car is a stock turbo 9 RS. 30psi and full bolt on's.

to give you a idea of how well this car/driver run....this is him the night after our races (last night) racing another friends H/C, 360 c.i fully forged stalled auto 94 z28 on drag radials and full suspension...

Evo 9 RS vs 94 z28 Cameo on motor (20 roll)

My bro used to have an evo 9 MR at 24 PSI and meth injection. Put down 340 awhp on a mustang dyno and handed me a few *** rapings in my shelby GT before he traded it in for his mustang. It wasn't even a race. I almost wanted to sell my car after that.....thats how bad it was. Prob a good 12 cars or so. I think theres a vid on youtube of it but my buddy posted it up so I don;t have the link on hand.

Was the transmission stock on the evo or built? You were getting those gears pretty quick for a dsm.

18 x 9.5

they have 275 dunlop SP sport maxx's on them right now.

They were actually so hot after these runs that when I pulled into the gas station right after, rocks were hitting my fenders and sticking to them lol

Good races.

I will never understand the lack of a decent tire on so many cars.

V8-BAIT, fast Evo!

there are two current things holding me back from drag radials right now...

every year I drive my SS to myrtle beach (910 miles one way) and Boston. I wouldnt be able to do this on a Drag radial...

the other thing is, I am a stock 10 bolt with 4.10's that are already whiny little bastards...this winter, Im going to fab up a 8.8"...then next season you will see my car on a drag pack.
