There's no need to get upset. GM made a decent car with the f-body, but it just hasn't been able to keep up with what Ford has been putting out lately. I mean sure it's slightly faster than a SOHC 4.6, but that's about all it has going for it. It can't really touch the rest of the stable. Hell even the Mach 1 has the edge on f-bodies.

I bleed Ford blue and love Mustangs just as much as you do, but 98-02 Camaros/TA's stock would demolish 96-01 Cobras stock, as well as GTs. Modding is a different conversation for a different time because once modding starts, it's a matter of who is faster, period, not who had to do what to get faster. 03-04 Cobras would buttfuck a 98-02 F-body, and a Mach 1 was a driver's race, but I would NOT say it had the edge, if anything it was the other way around. The 03-09 Camaro can best be summed up one of two ways, GM forgot how to market or people didn't see the appeal in the Camaro/TA even if they were marketed.

Don't make uneducated blanket statements...all it takes is a mouse click to see how easy people can prove you wrong.
