Wow LOL. Its hard to tell from the cockpit. I knew i heard a blower though, sounded Maggyish from inside. Maggy has nothing to say here though. Still on the stock 5.7 or have you stroked it? Im running a 6.6 stroker and want to run FI really badly.

Its a fully built 408, -.28 cc dish pistons, Eagle Crank, plated, pretty full up build, FI Cam, 4 liter Whipple. 14.5 slicks will go on the back, tubbed, GForce1320 Coilovers. Going to a spool. Haggling over a Lenco ST1200 right now, stage V T56 in it for the interim. Monster 11 inch clutch holding the power well, 800/800 ish. Guy in the viper had no clue We need to hook up sometime when I am in Memphis.

Fellas WRP gets around. lol though "some" would suspect that his races are all taking place in his home state of Texas and he is just playing it safe by claiming they are taking place in other locals. I got yer back WRP: In fact, I was there and witnessed it.

Great vid. One favor though, next time that song is on, while you're making a video, turn the radio UP!

That was the Tennessee Boweevil, Preston Davis built the motor. He drove that car from the early 60's through the early 70's then they built a Funny car they campaigned through the early 70's. They still do nostalgia racing.

We are thinking a pro stock front clip.

Preston has the funny car at home in the trailer in his driveway. This is one of my favorite vids. See the plume of vapor from the headers? He had water in the block that would escape as vapor when the car was warmed up. He always knew to hold off on staging while the vapor was spewing.
