Here is ancient graph of my old stock down to the filter '03 Mach 1 overlayed with the wifeys intake/cat-back '05 GT. Mach 1 is the red. That car saw it's best times when shifted at 6300-6400 Fwiw.

Interesting it picked up power going way richer. Id probably tune it closer to 13:1

Correct, it probably would have seen a good 5-10hp with a little fuel tuning. Unfortunately it saw boost, bolt-ons and the for sale section shortly after this pull so I never found out.

300-400rpms definately is "well above 6k"
