Wonder why a Viper owner would be afraid to run from a dig with all that torque 
It's a V10 for gosh sakes. From what i've seen they run HARD from a dig on a good tire.

Actually im pretty damn good from a dig. Weve all an at the same location useing the same testing gear...So far Im the fastest. Then again I have wayy more practice..
People laugh but bottom line is the viper is the most wrecked exotic in the world..Maybe only 450 rwhp. But 500 rwt at VERY low rpm's..The 505 ci V10 makes tourque so fast that I cant really explain it..RSKY's C6Z06 only now feels as tourquey as my viper did stock and he has 520 rwhp from cam and minor bolt ons...Actually the 490 rwt I had stock I think is still higher than what he has after the cam and minor mods..But it does feel close now..
Go drive one and then tell me. Everyone comments on the tourque. I dont care what kinda car/power your used too..
While the tourque is very fun. It is also very dangerous. For streetraceing puposes I prefer the C6Z06 or GTR...The power comes on gradulally and starts screaming as you get in higher rpm's. With vipers the power is immediate and then dies out as you past 5000 rpm's..Good for fun but bad for street raceing. Honestly it kinda sucks for street raceing...40 mph rolls should be started in first gear. But it is impossible to acellerate at 40 mph in first gear even with only 512 rwt...So second gear is used...It sucks....When I was younger I would be more ballsy and say screw it an start at 40-50 mph in first gear...Helped me win some races I thought I wouldnt but ultimately I wrecked two vipers doing that...
Yea I started the tem raw wheel HP...I get so sick and tired of typing rwhp or awhp or fwhp...How about just the raw power put to the wheels?????Laugh it up..But I think Im on to somthing here. Or maybe not

Today's lesson from crashemall. Torque sucks for street racing even though torque is what gets a car moving and horsepower is a function of torque and RPM. WTF doesn't even begin to question that post. I am now completely convinced you don't know what the **** you are talking about. You crashed two Vipers because you can't drive not because of some magical and overwhelming torque. Damn. Get a damn grip and learn some **** before you attack another keyboard with your idiocy.
