5.0 vs 2000 ss I am on my iphone typing this so Im sorry if its not up to your standards.
I was crusing around town, when I hear this godly exaust note. I look up ahead and theres a grabber blue 5.0 taking a right up ahead. Traffic was backed up at the light so I cut through a parking lot and ran him down for some fun. We played from light to light a little bit due to traffic until we got on a 4 lane road and we were able to line up from a 25 roll. I honked it off and away we went. I blasted through first gear spinning the nittos, I edged him out to my door. I slammed second and half a car length on him. Ran through second, slammed third and saw him just fade back. Got onto a country road and played a little catch. I finally got him to pull over into a parking lot and we talked for a few minutes and exchanged numbers. So there will be video footage coming with the gopro i will soon order. It was a m6 exaust only car, and my new car is exaust, lid only. Oh and he said he missed third, hence the fade back.

He would randomly shift down and nail it. I would follow suit and slowly reel him in. We done this coutless times. The car sounded amazing. He was behind me a few times when I would stick my hand out the window to signal Im about to nail it to let him shift down and I would pull him. I should say that I also have a 160 t-stat. I figured that wouldnt make much diffrence. I broke my torque arm bushing a week ago, and my umi unit comes in tommorrow. That and my tick master.

^ lol^ ,yeah we need vids ,the new 5.0s can miss a shift and still win,the new 5.0s do not lose,the new 5.0s run 10s with a tune and catback,I could go on,lol.all jokes aside there bad *** cars,and if your gonna pull on one with a stock ls1 better have a vid,good run though that blue is such a bad *** color

Ill go buy a digital camera from wal mart if I have to. This weekend I should be able to set this up. My car has flowtech longtubes, ory, and a borla catback. Im assuming his is just a catbcak but I am unsure all he said was exaust.

No way you beat the 5.0! They runs 10's almost stock just as said above. INB4 ford guys saying "he had an m6 the autos are faster, he didnt have 3.73's, he just bought it give him some seat time, he wasnt really racing, he must of had tcs on, he started in the wrong gear, it didnt even have a tune yet theyre not fast without a tune, it was after 2pm everyone knows 5.0's run best before noon, it was red which is always the slowest color for a 5.0, etc" lol nice kill though man looking forward to the vids.
