I called them out of curiosity. Their clutch weighs in @ 33 lb. I got to hammering on the guy a little telling them they need to make a lighter one. I guess after he hung up with me he talked to another guy(fred to make it simple)lol. Fred called me back several hours later. it turned out he and I had chatted on here and he remembered the conversation and just wanted to chat about my set-up and share his experience with a 22lb clutch he had in his vette of unknown clutch manufacturer. . He seems to like the stored energy in the heavier fly/clutch.......I told him this ain't a hybrid. You can't really store it. If the fly/clutch was 150 lb spinning 18,000 rpm you would have some store energy......until then it's just weight you have to accelerate. He and I differ on that theory. It was a cool chat.

I should've got his name but I had to go to work and cut the call a little short. If they would do a aluminum fly with their small clutch they would have a real nice piece. Until that happens I would pass. Or you could call them and hammer on them for a lighter clutch option. He said they don't sell many like that. I told him if they don't make it available they can't sell it.

I should have made my own kit years ago. But most would not want to pay for various parts from different manufacturers that just work well together.

It was Chris you talked too. I believe the other clutch he had in his car was a Luk Gold.

French is gay

If they're not iced in, they'll be there today give Chris or Steve a call. Tell them JP sent you. They're good guys. Personally, with their current sale, I'd look at either their twin setups, or the newest thing they have, which is the C7 dual clutch conversion. I think its an $1100 package, but will handle like 700 wheel. Not sure yet, if they've F-bodied it yet, but if not, go for their twin. Lighter, holds more power, and gives you stock manners. Just my .02.

Not sure when we'll get around to installing them with this type of weather unless if one of my buddy's has a garage with a good heater. They are all working on their winter projects now to begin with.

Hopefully we can get them on soon - if not, spring.

I'll post up some basic videos of it after the CAI/headers/ypipe install and let you know how we adjust to get the ypipe to work

It's -25C here and I went out to excercise the 2-2011 Furd F150s I got in my yard.

Both have been sitting for around week and were parked the wrong direction during a 2 day blizzard. Both engine compartments are full of snow.

Which one started, the 5.Br0 or the Ecoturd?
