yup. pretty much.

the 6 speed was sure a good step forward in durability compared to the 4l60.

I'm keepin' all the particulars close to home.

But these are brand new 210 Eliminators, that I had sent straight to LE… who ported them out, setup the valve train and spec'd and a nice lil' cam.

I know that flow isn't everything in a head… but the flow #s on these … well it ain't bad.. Lloyd said he's happy and if he's happy… I gotta believe that means we're in good shape.

Going to run them with the same cam first… want to see the difference, then we'll re-cam and start all over again.

In the mean time, sadly, I've got a buttload of body work to do…

The old one's were ported, but I have no idea who did the work.

Lloyd worked these straight out from base casting.

IF IT WERE MY CAR...

4.30s(or whatever similar s60 gear), solid roller, and a 24x setup to let that bitch rev . Hello mid 10s on motor, 9s on a baby shot.

Seriously though, don't even bother with the cam in it now...Lloyd spec'd the new cam to those heads for a reason, why bother testing a mis match combo???

Well, that's a good point. But, to answer the question… it would be to get some sense of the distinction being provided by the larger, more efficient breathers.

4.10's to 4.30's for sure. 5.13's are way too much gear.
