I don't know how easy "pulleying down" is going to be with everything else going on there. All I know is tuning is going to be a bear. DOD, 4cyl mode, V8 mode no boost, and V8 mode w/ boost, gets me all tired headed. Cam swaps will be costly, pulleying down will be costly. And tuning, will be way costly.

Talking about the c7z06? Did they officially release specs on the power plant. Haven't been paying too close attention. I think the PCM's will be easier to modify than most other cars out there. In relative terms the Chevy pcm's have been easy to tune for compared to say BMW or Lexus.

Yep, the C7Z. I agree, in terms of getting in the software. Due to the complexity of the DOD, pulleying down like you can on any other S/C may not be that easy. Again, it's just my speculation. Nice thing is with DI, there's no need for bigger injectors!

Guarantee denver won't make it for that reason. It's happend all year long and they won't beat New England.... As soon as Peyton doesn't play perfect they will loose. And manning as struggled under pressure in the past

The c7z could be coolest american car I've ever seen! I think gm gets closer to beating the new exotics every year at a 1/4 of the price....

Since we are talking about tires, what would you guys use in my case? My hoosier slicks have plenty of tread on them but are getting old. I liked them but I wasn't sure if they had something better I should look into. My car weighs 3900lbs with me in it and I am shooting to run 10's at 125ish MPH. 28x10.50x15 is what I have for Hoosiers I believe.

Another question for my LT1 guys. What do these cars go for? I found a white Firebird auto trans for sale local. It looks like its in great shape and all stock. Just needs a few things. Thinking I might flip it for some money. Or drive it.

+14763 Definitely not a good track tire. At least in 20" variant.

I would love to throw the Pro's on my 15x10's.. but they ar ebetter suited for an automatic car than a stick. They put alot of shock on the drivetrain in a manual car.

So it will be 'spensive to mod... like a mod motor. Gotcha.

I drive my bogarts on the street. I really don't see much difference between those and my Billiet specialty's as far as construction goes.
