I'm having serious thoughts about parting my car out and buying a C6Z. I'm mid build and all I can think about is how bad I want a Corvette.

I cannot understand why so many people go all the way to do all the **** they do to a car just to not finish it and do something like this. I mean I can understand life difficulties and such...but you set out to build the car, ******* finish it!

Been telling myself I was going to buy a corvette since 2010, keep settling and I've really just come to a point where I've run out of interest in owning anything else. Told myself I was going to buy a C6 before I started this build, but I settled again.

Probably quite a while, it's mostly nice, expensive parts and a rolling chassis that not many people will want.

Nothing....nothing at all. Good running car for it's time. But the notion it was better than a 305 is pure stupid. I raced plenty of 302's with my 305's in various forms and various cars /trucks. I can't say I was ever beat by one. I don't even think that makes the 305 better. I said it was equal to the 302.

And I'll for you since you may be to stupid to understand why the 5.0 sbf was not necessarily great. It was cheaper by alot than a camaro. It was lighter and had a better rear.....that is where any et difference would come from......and the rear would not even matter on normal tires.

The vid said that pull was 975whp. So was that blower only because it says nitrous.

We have a local 1/8 mile stock block race.

302's have to run 350's, the Chevy guys say that 350 versus 351 is not fair

After consulting my dad, the part out will begin. My friend is talking about buying the car as it sits with all the parts I have for a pretty fair price. Hoping to buy myself a c6z this winter, next spring.

That's basically what I've noticed, too.

Mention 351 vs the 346 and you'll see levels of butthurt never before known to man. 75% of LS guys have zero 351 knowledge.

'08 or later. You want the T6060 if possible. If not, the T56's in the 06-07 is the strongest factory T56 any manufacture made. Also, RPM can rebuild one to make it bullet proof.
