It amazes me how few people have actually gone to the track in that challenge. I didn't even have a car and I've been down the track a few times in that time period lol.

Got news on the leak down test of my engine. Lets just say im surprised it even ran a 8.159 in the 8th actually im just surprised it ran period. Lol

Only 2 cylinders read 2% the rest was 8% and up the worst one was 80% on cylinder #7. Itll be a while before its fixed thats for sure.

That idk but my best guess would be rings from what i remember last time when i had this engine rebuilt.

Honestly it would probably be cost effective just to get a 5.3 or 6.0 iron block at this rate.

Life. At this point my car needs more money invested which I do not currently have to throw at it. I've been looking for a new daily (driving a POS with no AC and half *** heat is getting old), tuition/books ate a lot of money up along with vacation this summer.

This is what I would do while assembling another engine.

That's the plan for the turbo build. I just want this engine running correctly for some weekend fun for the next 2 to 5 years while i save up some cash to build a reliable turbo engine and supporting mods for it.
