Odarabla's infinite BS thread for the foreskinned (AKA Smack Down)
This will be the last one that I will probably buy. When I had my 85 GT with the Weesor in it, I ran a cheap King Cobra clutch and it let me power shift at 7000 rpms while putting down 500 rwhp (150 shot). Drove that car for years as my DD and ran the snot out of it at the track. Never a problem with that $189 clutch
Nah it's written. I'm sure I'll do ok, I've been studying and it's mostly rudimentary spanish. Only shitty thing is I have to drive all the way to Jacksonville on my day off at 9 AM. There goes friday night
Wowwwww that blows but i heard the border patrol is paying some serious $. Like 90% of my child hood friends i used to skate with are in the military lol so they always talk to me about ****.
I bought them at the same time years ago. I always have multiple cars
I still have my King Cobra. Worked great. Never broke. Easier feel than the stupid Motorsport clutch I had before which had unreal pedal pressure

You shouldn't of been having issues at those rpm's. Defective clutch maybe? Improper installation? Was your master ok?
I'm just speaking from my experience with my cars and several LS guys that have used them in the past with success. I'm not trying to hype them up. They are a great "budget" clutch for the guy or gal that doesn't want to dish out a arm and a leg for a clutch kit.
For the record I've heard of issues with Centerforce, Ram, Mc Leod etc etc clutches. Depending on the application, sometimes it hit or miss.

SRT10 is on other side and on Monday CTS-V gets here!
Bad news though is that the 5th gen starter motor is stuck and I had to bring it home on a tow truck lol. We tried banging the **** out of it but it wouldn't turn. Threw a big ******* spark though.

That sucks, but at least its just a starter motor.
Side note:
I have either in my possession or enroute to me the following parts:
-Headlight (here)
-Horn (here)
-Pins for bumper (here)
-Bumper (enroute)
-Fender (enroute)
-Grill (here)
And I'm in the midst of having the hood mailed and should know how everything is going with that on Monday.
I still have not recv. a final verdict, although the police report clearly shows that I'm not at fault. However, since NY is a No-fault state... I'm hoping they don't try to pull some bullshit on me. I had liability and comprehensive because I only drive at the early hours of the morning, and I'm only on the road around midnight to 5am, when most people are drooling in their beds. I didn't expect someone to get fully sideways on me on the highway at 2am, no less. LOL Policy change happening soon.
Hoping that Ins calls me today with some more info, hopefully a verdict, and also to go get looked at by adjuster. Hopefully by late next week, I'll have the bumper and fender in and I'll take about 3 hours or so pulling **** off and putting things back on maybe Saturday.
Hood I'll do another time when it comes in.
Saw some riced out Mustang with LEDs that went side to side today, and I was going to smoke the **** out of him, but realized how horrible my car looks, and honestly just kept cruising. The thought of the damage to this car has been getting me good MPG because I haven't driven it like I normally do...

If you buy one and decide to go that route, I have a lot of pics I can send you of the kit while we were installing it.
Thanks for the suggestions guys! Love those damn GTR's performance wise, I think I'm going to have to pass tho. My vette buddies said they would literally disown me if I did that. I I think they're just worried I'll be faster than all of them.
So I'm going to keep the vette and buy a Supra! I know HITMAN knows a good bit about that.
Trust me, if you knew me personally you'd have an entirely different perception of me.
