Long story short, I have a less than penny-sized hole in my A/C condenser. This is really bad timing considering I just spent over $9k on the cost of the car plus heads, tune, etc etc. so yeah i'm pretty much broke! Were getting into the triple digits here in Norcal so a/c is a must. My question is what can I do to patch this thing up for now? I tried some JB Weld yesterday and it lasted but only a few minutes until freon came blowing through. I've been told that maybe I didn't prep it right but I just don't see JB Weld holding something like that. Can I weld it possibly? If so I have access to a TIG. Please give me some suggestions guys.

Well the trans was taken out a few months ago when the previous owner had the new McLeod clutch and rear-end put in. I'm positive none of the seals were replaced though.
When you say "feel the fluid level", how exactly can I tell if it's normal or low by feel? Sorry but i've never checked fluid on a manual before.

Oh it's not for sale anymore. I don't know what I was thinking, I go without driving it for a while and always get the stupid idea to sell it cause I want a Vette. It will either be running low 11's or low 10's by 2k14, haven't decided yet.

Yeah there were a bunch of people giving me **** when I posted it for sale. The best part is, the time in my sig was a **** run. I've yet to make a clean pass on the new setup. Once I get my brake caliper fixed, get the new shocks put on, get the 2-step and slicks back on, and get the tune sorted out it's going to bust some ***... I hope. The six speed record got dropped to 11.2x recently so I need to step it up.

You never know, when I spin it's a pretty consistent low 12 sec car Or if I miss a gear, which is getting more common with the stock 90k+ t56. My last trip to the track I missed 4th gear and let out, coasted to a mid 12 at 8xmph, not too bad for a bolt on car
