Heh... Idonno which boyfriend is whose, and I like it that way. I almost find it funny though, kids come outta the woodwork to make their idiocy known as if that's a goal in life... It's as if they've never heard the phrase, "It's better to remain quiet and make them wonder than to open your mouth and remove all doubt." Then again, anyone who CHOSE to have a close relationship to our silver wannabe... ain't too bright, as it were.

Yeah, my buddy with his 5.0 and I watched his passes. We figured with his 4.30 gears(maybe 4.10, I forgot), he was already up to 160 at around the 1/2 to 3/4 mile mark. He still has the Texas Mile 5.0 record. It is going to fall in October, though.

Evo can get nasty. They respond very well to boost and bolt ons. That is a pretty fast EVO. I have a buddy that makes right at 650whp in his. I haven't seem him lose to a vette yet. But his time is coming..LOL. He is tearing it apart right now for a rebuild and upping the boost and what not to make closer to 800whp.

Dont you guys get it. Hio didn't swap the motor in just cause he thought it was gonna make it soo much sick nastier than the ls1. He was actually making a pass at mason dixon in my 92 Mustang and another guy was driving his SS. Did a 3rd to 2nd and bye,bye ls1. So at the time the guy who blew it had to pay for it and they desided to, instead of just putting another stock ls1 in it they went with the ls6. So i guess it was dumb for him to get a better engine for the same price...

Why do you noobie's keep making such a big deal over swapping in an LS6? You do know that's basically just an LS1 with a H/C swap right?

IS it just a LS1 with cam and heads. I mean if that was case it would not have been easier to buy a used LS1 and put a better cam and heads in it.

I think the point is that he try's to hype his car as it is a stock LS1 with some bolt ons when he has a LS6 to run 11s. His LS1 ran 12's by his sig.

Same block and cubes as an ls1 (which it has to be in order for ohio to accept it into his fairy tale world) slightly bigger cam, wiith better flowing heads.

So pretty much he has a H/C LS1 with a faceplated transmission along with a custom 3 disc clutch and massive amounts of weight reduction....and it runs mid 11's?
