As far as I remember the CS (California Special) is more of an appearance package. It has the added badges, a ground effects kit, and somewhat upgraded suspension. I also think it comes with a functional CAI, boosting the 'Stang from 300HP to around 310-315HP.
Basically sounds like a Z28 to SS comparison, same engine, one is just a bit nicer looking.

EXACTLY the **** im talking about... Who says he thought something else was going to happen? lol. He raced a guy for fun and posted that he beat him. And we know they can't perform miracles, he didn't say he thought it would do any better than it did. And than you say "you have to give them time to mod just like everyone else". God ur a genius. We didn't know that it would need to be modded to stay with an ls6 camaro with other mods. This is the funny stuff I see posted every single time a story of a mustang getting beat is posted. "well give them some time to get mods". He just posted a cool race he had. No reason to start getting all deffensive! Calm down it's ok. Just a mustang loosing. Happens every day

They are a lot closer than you'd think. The '11 V6s are only down ~45 hp to an LS1, torque is obviously another story. Case in point: my friend's SS (me driving) vs his mom's '11 V6 stang (him driving). Both have exhaust.

that's what it does Should do a little better next time. No extra parts other than bolt-ons and still don't have a fast on it, but soon. I like your sig.....Trapping 120+ is that easy with a ls6. It seems to like mileage....the more miles I put on it the faster it goes. 80k on it now. I have a rebuilt to stock wet sump converted ls7 for it next. Should het well over 130mph with it. First I want a 10 sec pass out of the ls6.

So have we decided what the story is going to be? First it was a CS Mustang...
Then when people threw the flag you quickly changed your story to it was a 5.0 because it had the emblems on the side. See below...
Now here is what a 2011 GT CS looks like...Notice the 5.0 badges all over.

On the run with the 18's on it it was beating on the limiter before the traps @ 122 and change. That was in the summer.
I had to make a change from 4.10's to 3.90's to get threw the traps.
