2nd race was better, calling it a 40 roll but we don't remember where we were exactly.

Also, see next 2 comments about powerbands and dynos.
The converter flashes to ~5200rpm, and it makes within 10hp of it's peak from 5200-6700, so it's definitely got a great band.
sweet runs man. I think that dyno on the ls1 may have been broken lol. I know it has a big stall but 350whp outta cammed auto ls1 is still pretty low. The way it pulled on that 96 leads one to believe also that it read very low on the dyno. good runs either way though

I honestly don't know what all is done to it. I mean I can see h-pipe cat back cold air intake throttle body short throw shifter, some really nice clutch, DR's, and I think gears(?) not to sure. He pulled a catback auto ls1. I know it sounds like bullshit. Trust me I called BS on it too but I saw the video.

I'm much aware still seems way low, stalled auto or not. I'm also a strong believer that dynos are tuning tools, but still, 350whp in a cammed LS1 I think the dyno lied lol

I'd like to line up next to the '99 SS, WSsick let's try to make that happen, what do you think? I'm out of town this week-end, maybe in 2 weeks? BTW how's the 10 bolt working out?

I can't understand why people are so hung up on a number. Just for reference, we got a print out of my friend's friend's dyno overlaid on this SS's graph. The car is an LS1 WS6, same SS4000 stall, full bolt-ons, stock cam but with a FAST. It made 310rwhp on the same dyno.
That's why I said "dyno numbers don't mean ****." It was dynoed the way it is raced.
So true.
10 bolt was waiting to go in until the heat wasn't so bad, but then someone hit the LT1 and he's waiting on insurance to see if it's totaled or not. If it's totaled, we have another friend that wants it. If not, then it'll go in the LT1.

I just said I agree dynos are ment for tuning. lol I was just saying it seemed low. Nothing more or less, if you raced me and said you have 350hp I would be like after seeing that thing move out(or I'm giving the ion to much credit for being a half way quick car.)
