People really race GTPs? I see them all the time but never bother thinking about racing them.

This thread atleast the first 2 pages of reading it reminded me of a couple of mustang GT owners i met a while ago 99-2004 mustang gt owner. They swore they put bus lengths on camaro's. I immediatly told him then it should'nt be a problem doing the same to my car and since its soo late at night and the highway is clear we should head out so you can put bus lengths on another camaro. Needless to say he lost badly, mind you he was BONE STOCK 5 speed, lol against my 01 SS m6 intake and muffler camaro. His excuse after the race which is the funniest part was well i wasnt expecting to beat your SS i put bus lengths on Z28 camaro's not SS's, lol you cant imagine how many months i laughed at him everytime i would see him.

the only time i saw a gtp winning was when it was racing an lt1 from a dig, if it was turboed, or racing v6 fbodiesnot once did i see a gtp with your mods even touch an ls1 car

With the mods the OP has I'm sure its pretty stout for a GTP.. But would get yanked pretty good by a bolt on Fbody.

6 lengths? That is an ABSOLUTE RAPING... As in, I wouldn't waste my gas on someone. That would take easily 60 more Rwhp.. So the OPs car should be making North of 400Rwhp.

I had a turbo kit on my old grand prix. But hey, it was just a gt. And in the end, it's still fail wheel drive. lol It was all wheel spin. Here are pics before intercooler. I sold the car and bought my Camaro!!
