I went faster than both of you, with only 2 parts changed..headers and cai. Stock tire, stock 3.27 gears, stock converter, heavier car. And I did it without great air or drag times correction.....da on that pass was 1185. Why are you guys on ls1tech again? It always seems the only ford regulars here are the idiots that are shunned by their own...lol.

I encourage everyone to spend a day looking at the kills on SVTP and you will see why most people hate ford owners. You got 240hp 2v's with those magical 4.10 gears beating C6's, M3's. Oh and those Machs.....Stock beating LS2 GTO's and having the advantage over LS2 GTO's and SRT8's up top LOLOLOLOL

Niteriderws6 you just posted what I did except you added an excuse for the Camaro . I try to leave any facts such as weight, displacement, specific engineering of x car so people like you don't start throwing excuses around .

You ford guys are dense. Mod for Mod you still lose. Take a stock mach 1 on street tires at full weight and add bolt ons to it. Take a stock 5th Gen on street tires and add bolt ons to it. You lose.... Comparing a 12.5 a mach 1 ran with Drag slicks, bolt ons and 4.56 gears to a 5th Gen running stock gears with bolt ons and street tires is stupid. And the 5th gen is still running faster times

No, I just got some 16 Camaro rims with some Mickey Thompson ET streets. I haven't launched on them yet, so I may have spoke to soon. However, my biggest problem I had no control over was getting sideways through the 1-2 shift. I know even on the street at WOT, the DR's just grabbed through the shift. Remember, I have an A4, so it's easier.
All I have in the rear is some Pedder's 3/4 drop springs.

anytime buddy. ill bring as much cash as u can carry. to keep it close ill keep my stock catback on too. slows me down over a mph at the track. i want a nice quiet ride home listening to that cash flappin in the wind.
