Why do you want to adjust a clutch that adjusts automatically? How often have you adjusted your f-body clutch?? I don't adjust mine. From a new clutch to a slipping clutch there is no reason to adjust it.

Do you realize you couldn't even push the clutch in your car if it was cabled Mustang?

FYI.....I know how and what to do if I wanted pedal height to adjust. I also know what to do to make the throw longer, shorter, harder or softer. Some of which can't be done with the cable w/o major mods...if at all.

Shut up mike.......you can suck it

Don't let the hydraulics scare you. I don't do **** to mine. Basically it has not even been bleed since 06 or 07 when I put the system together. Mastercyl was put in back in 01 or 02.....to solve a clutch issue which it didn't. That's when I knew it was a pp issue.

Are you compressing the fluid with your massive legs and don't want to tell us?

hydraulic supposedly. it's like the clutch doesn't fully disengage at high rpm.

^this.

It got better with the braided clutch line. But i still have to pump my clutch to hit a 1-2 shift with ease. I also dont like how the clutch fluid is tied in with the brakes.

let them start playing with new 5.0s... i think they would be lieing to themselves if they hated on it. I hated working on my buddies 03/04 cobra motors... just a giant mess of a confusion and parts/pullies.

I went from various LS/LQ stuff.... i love the ever living **** out of my roadrunner. Technology is a bitch! Its a simple motor. Not quite as simple as push rod motors... but as simple as a mod motor is going to get. Theres a reason its 300lbs lighter then the ALUMINIUM 2013 GT500 long block.

Problems with clutch not fully disengaging? I think that is my issue mainly on 2nd gear. I am having a McLeod RXT twin disc installed and the mechanic mentioned putting a spacer behind the slave cylinder to allow more length to fully disengage.

Same issue I had... the pressure plate was fubar both times. First time it just wouldn't work above 5K.... the little metal weights snapped off...

the second time the damn thing cracked in a couple of places and wouldn't shift above 6K. GM quality FTW!
