weighs in at 2250, with just him in it, had a passenger so probably just over 2400 in this run. I should be around 410 @3230
He ended up dropping a valve/s on that last run.
had to strap rope to my cradle and pull him home, he's light anyway, the Vette towed it no probs lol

without the passenger 125 sound about right.
it's the lightest model, the HF, I won't say it's gutted, it has all the seats, just like some weight reduction like no spare, no p/s, no a/c etc

I would expect it to be much faster than that! I would consider it a dog if it went out and trapped 125 at that weight with that hp.

I think the civic ran like it should personally, can't win them all. I shut down around 140 on the first run, didn't expect him to throw 5th. I'm content.

No p/s, no a/c on a hatch, or any 90's Honda,really...is about twenty five pounds.
P/s pump fits in your palm, all aluminum, holes in pulley, ~3lbs. and lines..maybe couple more.

Most of the time it's removed because of clearance issues, not weight.
We leave the rack and everything else, just cap fittings.

A/C...compressor comes off..more aluminum, 10-15 lbs., couple alum./rubber lines and the weightless tiny condenser..another maybe 5 honestly. Alot leave the heavy cast comp. bracket cuz it's also a torque mount.
The donut spare, now that ****** is pretty heavy compared to other components...bet that thing is 20-25 lbs.


The 17lbs. that hurt the 'vette...



Damn..a single cam, too.

You don't know what you are talking about.

A buddy of mine has a Civic that is set up quite nicely. It doesn't look ricer, runs mid 10's at the track, and handles business most of the time on the street. He is well North of 600WHP. Like someone else previously said...if something is set up properly, it can run. His Civic doesn't look bad either.

People like you, that generally run their mouths like you did in these pathetic posts, only run races that they know you they can win. They are usually too much of a ***** to take on something that they don't know about.
