Default heads/cam ls1 gto vs cammed and ported blower cobra

Friends pretty fast ls1 gto racing a porter blower cobra(sorry for crap quality).

In the vid he has cnc'd ls6 heads(which are about to go on my car and are off his), raptr cam, fast 102, and 455 whp. The cobra has stage 6 ported blower, stage 3 comp cams, longtubes, magnaflows, 2.49 pulley..

Video taken from inside the GTO.

GTO dyno

GTO Idle:

Cobra Idle:

Here's the cobra at the track. SRA swap 11.2 @ 123 mph.

Im sure someone will bring the hate on me for saying that.

Thanks! It's friend's cars....

The gto weighs 3525 lbs. So about the same power to weight as your car, just a hair less.

Is that the GTOs vehicle or race weight? And his dyno sheet is also in STD corrections.

That's the weight of his car without him in it, I think he did some weight reduction? Has all the seats in it though.

Yeah on the STD thing, the SAE was 2 hp less iirc.

Good kill, strong running GTO your buddy has!

Cobra should have done better and should run better for the mods IMO lol.

Thats some weight pulled but pretty easy to get It there. 3725 is stock with a full tank of gas. And my 3475 is with me in it. My gto was 3630 last time out with me in it and an auto.
