8PSI will be right around 400-420RWP depending on supporting mods and how brave you are with the tune. Should put it into the mid 11's, which means that it's going to take a pretty nasty LS to keep up with it.

You mean like nasty bolt on only car?

Cause a h/c car will do way better than that..

My friends turbo mach ran 11.6@ 123~ or so on 8lb. It made 430whp. The older cobro probably won't hang with it.

I have never once seen these mythical 11 second bolt on LS cars, but I know what you consider bolt on's, so that could mean anything. In the real world, it's going to take a fairly decent cammed LS to get there.

In the real world the mythical bolt on ls1 thrashed that car from a dig on the street. The mach was stronger on the roll but would get outrun on first gear rolls.

Bolt ons is bolt ons dude.....not a cam.

Nothing mythical about bolt on ls1s running 11s. This one didn't have headers. I drove it.

Is a converter bolt on? It's only 3 bolts...... My buddies 98 z28 went 11.99@111 mph a couple weekends ago with converter, Lt's and tire

What mods did it have? How much weight reduction?

I've yet to see one do that. In fact, I just witnessed an LQ9 Trans Am get it's *** kicked by an 8.40 1/8th mile 89 Supra Turbo with the original engine and turbo.

I can see ET being reduced by tires, and converter but what was the different in trap? I am sure "bolt-ons" will not even get anywhere near 120+mph.

Think it was also on the stock tune which would have held it back

Ok.....then someone fucked up hard if a 8.40 1/8 car beat it. Car in vid went 7.6 in the 1/8. I was granny shifting it to because. ....well because nathan and his wonderful maintenance had the clutch fluid to low making it hard to shift.

That car had a ported ls6 intake, my granitelli maf, 3.73 gears, udp, spec clutch and i forget which catback......stock tune other than egr turned off and speedo corrected.

And nathan ported exhaust manis although we don't know if that even did anything at all. I will say it picked up real nice after he put headers on it. It lost about 200lb during modding. Which is par for the course on those cars.

Bolt ons can and will do 120. Hammer ran 95 in the 1/8 last year. The car in the vid ran 93 in the 1/8. No doubt in my mind hammer would back half better than that car and i think with the car shifting better i woulda went 11.8@117 that day in it.

Auto cars not gonna back half quite as good.....just the way it is.

As usual, you're full of ****. That car is putting down 340RWP max and it traps 8MPH faster than stock hero times, 10MPH faster than the normal ones. That is physically impossible, just like your "430" rwp 10 second ride.

As for hammer, none of his times are valid until he releases a mod list. It's that simple.

Lol...you stupid ****. His times are what they are mod list or not. Saying your mods doesn't validate anything.

You simply don't know how to make a car run.

My car trapped 108 stock. Nothing hero about it. Free mod cars can trap 110.

When did you become some all knowing ******* god on how fast a car can go at a certain whp?

So a car with bolt on's and less weight went faster than a stock car. That seems about right, what am I missing?
