I have been keeping tabs on my new project (2014 Coyote Auto) and I know most of you dont care but I figured factual data would be nice to share. I brought the car home in November and weighed it right away, bone stock with a full tank of gas and the spare, jack, etc. and it was 3660. I have since made these changes:
Drag Pack, Spare and Jack removed
Tubular Radiator Support
Front and Rear Sway Bar Delete
Sway Bar Brace Delete
Axle Weight Delete
Sound Tube Delete
Engine Cover Removed
Cats removed
Aftermarket X Pipe
I weighed it on my was home and it was 3480 with just under 3/4 of a tank. Not too bad.

I was always told to leave the rear sway bar in, but I still have my front sway bar in, so maybe I'm just scared. Lol
I never really looked, but I'm sure I didn't make them any "newer". haha
Haha, I had a TH400 in my 80' Camaro, every time I did a 3rd gear burnout it smoked the center of the tire and the edge looked untouched... they were pretty shitty tires though.

I've got that problem too. These 305 MT DRs are too wide for my 9.5 inch wheels.
Interesting info about the TQ management.
It's a major issue on 6th gens. I didn't realize it was so bad on 5th gens also.
My initial tune on my 6th gen was so fucked that the car pulled timing like a son of a bitch and trap speed was 10 mph lower than it should have been.
Crazy part is the car dyno'd 590 whp and like 575 wtq
Got it tuned right and dyno'd 550 whp 540 wtq
Car isn't pulling timing so bad and can accelerate strong now
Nice....yea the eff'd up part is you never know what it will be called till you start digging into the tunes. In phils 5gen it was axle protection. There may have been some clutch protection in it too. In my truck pe delay. This is on top of the normal tm.
Then of course there is mechanical tm built into the actual hard parts of the car.

That's a big difference.

they can get pretty light. I weighed the car that used to be corysmach s195 5br0 on here. That car weight 32xx with a full tank of fuel and after the owner added 100lb. They can get pretty light.

I have a 28 inch tire and a 3.15 gear so its not going to leave very hard as it sits. I ran no SB on my previous one with bolt ons and it went 1.8x in the 60. I added a Whiteline reverse mounted one and it didnt improve at all. It just doesnt make enough power with a big tire and 3.15 gear to matter imho. I plan on some sort of ARB after it actually starts to make power.
