The fr500 wasn't even a production engine and pailed to several gm production engines. Don't even bother comparing gm none production engines to it. Not to mention they had a rash of failures with that pile of poo. The fr500 wasn't even available till 05 . Furd used that engine to cheat in showroom stock racing because their actual production engines was such a pile of ****.
The **** furd put out was embarrassing for them.
A 2000 cobro r was a joke of a car. Super limited gutted production, over priced and if you didn't have a scca license you couldn't even buy one. A comparable 1le camaro would have no doubt thrashed it. Hell regular camaros tested faster than it did. On top of that it was more meant to target the c5 z06.....which thrashed it easily.
The 95 cobro r was a super turd and more of a response to furd getting thrashed since the tpi days. And again another super limited gutted production car. Even the lt1 in ss form out powered it. The lt4 bitch slapped it.
