GTO beats up on LT1's, LS1's, etc...
GTO beats up on LT1's, LS1's, etc...

raced several LT1's and LS1's last night, beat everything....
My girl took the car out first, beat up on a LT1 Camaro, auto, 3.42 gear, complete LT4 conversion package (heads, HOTcam, intake, Tb, Long tube headers, tune) without the nitrous...
I got the car, went back up and raced the same kid, beat him bad from a dead stop w/out juice...he starting coming up at about 90-100, then leveled out.
I raced a 99 LS1 TA with Moser 12 bolt, nitrous and some other stuff froma kick, killed him on the bottle (he said his bottle was empty and that he broke his 12 bolt while racing me...from a kick...with out using nitrous...on stock tires....yeah, sure).
I raced two other hopped up LT1 cars, 6 speed, heads, cam, intake, long tubes, said they run 13.6 and I beat them from a dead stop without nitrous..the one car came up on me around 120 mph (obviously after the quarter mile) and I then hit the nitrous, and went to 165 almost instantly, very impressed with the nitrous at high speeds...they couldn't believe how fast I pcked up speed at 120 mph when they got next to me...
Some "mid 12 second" GTP's were up there but surprisingl none wanted to race....apparently they only run mid 12's at a track when no one is next to them
None of the little ricer hong kong phooey karate cars wanted to run, not even the 12.5 second WRX...pussies...
The GTO so far has outlaunched every car I have raced from a dead stop, on stock tires....the Nittos and the nitrous should be a LOT of fun this summer...

Good kills but a H/C LT1 m6 running 13.6s losing to a stock 04 LS1 GTO . Same thing with a geared Hotcamed LT1. Those had to be the slowest H/C LT1s on the planet.

I sprayed my GTO ONLY at 120 against the black H/C LT1...I had him beat all the way through the 1/4...
If I sprayed him I would have posted that...I was suprised that I didn't need to though..

i dont know man a stock goat, wait are you stock what are the mods, cause i just don't see you taking those cars without spraying if you stock. specially since you weight like 3700 plus pounds. was the ls1 stock???

the LT4 conversion does not put you at over 400 at the wheels. more like 330rwhp or so. I have seen higher numbers but Im just lowballing for arguments sake. Getting over 400rwhp out of an lt1 takes some well ported heads and a cam selection complementing the heads along with all the supporting mods. Ive heard good things from some of the loyd elliot packages.

Those LT1s didn't have a prayer. The LS1s suck *** too.

Really though, were you stock? Did ya give it a little juice when the LT1 started pulling past?
I mean I know the 05' GTO is a bad motha but the 04' GTO is way to heavy for a modded LT1 let alone a stock LS1 in the right hands.

Im gonna have to raise the flag on this one. If i had a bolt on LT-1 that ran 13.6's i would burn it and call my insurance company for the money. Either you are the best driver in the world, or those Lt1 drivers are complete idiots. Then an Lt1 converted to an Lt4. . I dont know man this is kinda hard to believe. But good kill anyways.
