leaving work i stopped to get gas and was parked next to an ss filling up.i didnt say anything to him but anyway he pulled away after filling up and proceeded to do a nice burnout.

well i was done by this time and thought i would just catch him and see if he would bite.....and of course he did.looking at my mustang i am sure he thought he had it in the bag.

did a couple 3rd gear pulls on the highway and it was no contest,second time i let out in the middle of 4th and had him by about 5 cars.

thats what he gets for picking on this little ugly mustang <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> ,i bet he will think about it next time.

but anyway just having fun,car is an 89 mustang with a 345 all motor 5speed.

i normally do try and stick with cars that are closer to me.as in times lets just say it would be in your to 50 list.

strini...i dont mind racing your friend this friday as long as it is street car to street car.i will be going out there this friday.i couldnt go last friday because i was in the middle of a cam change.

ROGER First I never said I was looking for a 5.0, second if you look at the post again I was looking for a late model Mustang that was because that I just had sold my 98' GT and got a '00 SS.
Then you jumped and put your .02cents in and want to race my Stock LS1.

Then I let you know my car was bone stock and said that if your wanting to race a LS1 I have a buddy with a TA, you said that was fine. You didn't want to do it on the street only at HRP witch is fine. (But no show) This Friday is fine for a small fee. Once again not talking trash, just trying to prove a point that LS1's run the streets in Houston <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

We had a couple of good races, and that was some of the best racing I've ever had, along with Curtis' 03 Cobra.
