Umm.... Jeff..... In stock form...same drivers.... the STi is way faster than an srt4 (like 100hp) and a little faster than an evo (although they out handle us considerably 
)

Yeah Evo has better handleing, but the STi outshines it in top end. And the SRT isn't even close to haning with the Evo or STi......my guess is only from a roll at best. Even then I'd imagine the STi to edge out a victory. I wouldn't know since I've never run into one yet.
Lol, Id have to say, ive ran my buddies Sti and up top he cant touch me 
But as far as pulling the Formula, I dont see you having a problem with them with those mods. Ive ran one before and could pull him pretty good from any speed and it said Formula on the lower section of the door. What year did they stop making Formulas, I didnt even know they had an LS1 Formula, thought they were all older (well like LT1's)

He couldn't touch you 'cause of your mods.
I am currently thinking of adding alky to my set up to make more power instead of upgrading the turbo and getting a FMIC. I just don't want to spend toooo much more on this thing. I've already got just under 100,000 miles on it.

He's got a turboback, intake, and ecutek that I know of. I myself will be adding a water/alky (well methanol) kit very soon. As soon as my tuning shop releases their kit, I'll be getting it, its pretty sweet, you just add the water or water mix and thats it, no need to flip any switches etc, the ecu controls everything and reduces boost when you get low. I would definitely go that route on an Sti instead of a FMIC. Lol, thats a lot of miles, I thought I had a lot on my 03 at 46K miles

Yeah, alky is the best mod for the $$. A min. there's a 25-30WHP, but the more modded you are, the more power you'll get. This is also suppose to be my DD and beater when I pick up a new car.......haven't decided on what yet. The competetors are a vette,M3 and the SLK55 AMG.

STi's don't have jack from a roll, especially considering they only put down 230WHP. Obviously the car you raced wasn't a V8, or the guy didn't feel like wasting his gas on you

maybe i was wrong. it sure wasn't very fast tho. The evo i raced twice, once from a dig and once from a roll had a boost controller and full exhaust but i still beat it both times and i was stock. Maybe thats y it was so much faster than an sti. but o well to me an import is an import.

They certainly are fun. As I've stated numerous times, I would have loved another f-bod, but this car was more pratical for me. Gets better gas milage,4-doors,AWD and keeps awesome performance #s.

He is def going with the hks cams, but hes debating on going with the evo 9 turbo manifolds and the Evo 9 turbo, or if he should go with another turbo manifold and a bigger turbo? His only concern is he doesnt want to have to go overboard with his fuel system. Any suggestions? He also doesnt want to go with a stand alone fuel system.
