I plan on having a new tune/dyno this weekend (assuming i get my pcm in time) so hopefully I'll have real world numbers to compare it to.

Yeah I saw the video. It put my dick in the dirt. My only hope is this bike is completely stock. Doesn't even have a strap. I might get ballsy and go 300. Who knows.
And the way I feel about the people who talk ****, they can go race one. Oops I am sorry they wouldn't dare!LOL Hell they could just race us first

LOL!

Ummmmm.... NO.

I have a Video thats is 20 minutes long, and its a 843 RWHP TT Viper racing a stock busa, a piped busa, and a big bore kit busa. Late 90's, early 00 bikes.

Each race is from a 45Mph roll, to about 150, 160.

The only time the viper comes close is when he races the stock busa, and he still loses till about 120, then the 4th gear pull of the viper catches him.

Have you ever rode a Motorcycle like that before?
I have owned a 600, and they are NOTHING.

750's, 929's, 1000's, 1200', 1300' busa's, are all very dangerous and deadly.

He will lose. It takes 800 hp, and a trap of around 140 to run with a GSXR1000, expecially a 2005

the higher you go from a roll against bikes the more chance you have. if he takes you from a 45 roll recommend a 75 roll or something

No silly, not bicycles, motor bikes.

Ya know, the racers with pretty colors and fat tires.

Is your GTO your fastest car?
A 750 could beat you without even revving over 7000rpm, any speed, any where, any time.

That certainly wasnt needed.
j/k

Yes, very nice list of mods, and nice car, I like the sounds of it.

You have a chance from a dig. More weight and more traction.

On the highway even with your 3.42's, I think you will get destroyed.
Anything above 70Mph, he will be gone.
I don't think you understand how fast a bike is.
How you ever drove a newer 1000? They will **** on a 700-900hp car.

Nice ride though.
Isnt it amazing? Someone can spend 30K, and someone can buy a bike for 7K, and he still wins?

And just FYI, a 02 750 Ninja nealy matched a 02 GSXR 1000 from 25mph-160mph

The bike Vs. Car debate will never die thats for sure.

Um, I have a feeling Im not putting anywhere near down the 845rwhp and 830 rwtq down here in Az that I did in louisiana.

Just based off of a guess(which hopefully I'll find out saturday) im currently in the 600-700 rwhp area.

Shitty *** air+91 crappy oct(tuned on 93)+not so good DA= different situation in general.

Burnzilla...I never said I could beat a 1000GSXR...of any year. I did recently beat a CBR100RR (04 model) from a 40 kick, on motor. I shouldnot have won and I realize I beat a rider not the bike. I kill 600's all day long on motor, and with my 200 shot hoked back up I should give a 1000 a decent run on the highway.

If I wanted a fast bike I would buy one, never had the urge. beating sport bikes in a car that looks 99% stock is a LOT of fun. The newer bikes are all animals, and I laugh my *** off when guys say they beat 2000 and newer 600's with a lid and catback...it just won't happen. I will post my wins and losses to the bikes I race, i know I will beat some big bikes due to rider ineptness, and will loose to lots more big bikes.

When it all comes down to it...the car will always be faster.

Do any bikes run 4's or 5's? I think some get to the 6's...but isnt that the end of the line?

Only so much power you can strap to a bike.

Even on a 600, if the rider knows what he's doing, you'll need lots of power to take a sport bike. Stock 600s launched by a good rider will run high 10s low 11s. Keep in mind, if the bike could hook like a car with slicks, it'd be even quicker. Even on a (newer) 600, you'll fight to keep decent traction and the front wheel down when hauling from low speeds.

I raced three bikes in my Cobra and beat one.

1. Buell 900, got him by 3 cars in the 1/4 from a dig.

2. R1 from a roll, he had the hit and got four cars right off the bat. He pulled another 4 cars to 150 when I stopped his pull. We finished at 165+ with him still 6 cars ahead.

3. 2005 GSXR 1000 from a dig. I had him at my door to 80 and then he was gone by 8 cars at the 1/4 mile mark.

Bikes ain't no joke. When I ran these guys I was around 480+ RWHP. I'll still run 'em though, just for ***** and giggles.

Its simply power to weight ratio when you get over 60. You might get him down low but as soon as he can keep the front end down its over. He is much more aerodynamic to. I will give you the benifit of the doubt on every single thing I can.
If his bike weighs 400lbs and he weighs 200lbs and his bike makes 150rwhp wich is lower than most gixxer 1000s make his power to weight ratio is 4.0lbs per rwhp. Your car weighing 3300 lbs would need appromatly 825rwhp just to be close. That is not taking into account that he is more aerodynamic and has a much closer ratio gear box and will stay in the power better. Race 1/8 or less, if you get REALLY good traction you might be able to hold him off.
If he is a bad rider you will beat him most likley

Its funny how the laws of physics are the ony laws that cant be broken. Except maybe in a singularity.
