I race mostly for fun but the price of gas makes it not as fun. We put so much money into our cars we need to get a little bit of that back when we race lol.

I always race for fun. But if someone is interested in a cash race then I tell them that I don't have any cash but I do have the pink slip to my car. I'll further explain that if I lose the winner gets my car clean and clear but if I win then I take the cash and I take the respect.

To some people that's more important.

But I always, and I mean ALWAYS, let Hector hold the money (and my pink slip). Why? Because he's too slow to make away with the money, man.

Seriously, I limit all my racing to NYIRP and thier IHRA 1/4 mile track. But I do set up races there with people I meet in the pits. I always race for fun because I got better things to do with my money then to give it to some hussler that's hiding a bottle or has more boost then he claims.

Yeah. It was the gay scene in the first Fast and the Furious movie where he put his $80,000 Eclipse (yeah right) on the line against three other cars.

that movie must have come out when i was 16. I watched it the other day. Hands down the dumbest car movie on earth that would say things that like would not even make sense. or do things for that matter. Like in the one race when he is spraying and the floor of his car falls out????? i mean idk but its never happened to me.

Hahah seriously, it makes NO sense now.

The only good parts in that movie are the ones that involve that blown Dodge Charger. That car is nasty.

You guys ever notice that even though they upshift at redline they somehow are able to downshift back to a lower gear after being floored in the next gear. I don't know do they have 9 speed boxes?

No one posted in this thread for over three days so obviously it wasn't until you posted. Clearly you wanted a TTT, but if you think the thread is gay then the question is why?

I wanan get paid if I run, and hell I dont want any street credit, harder to get money races if people know who I am, and who I have beat.

My car might see 1 race every few months, just so people dont get use to it.

I've never raced for $$, but that doesnt mean I won't.

One time I put up the pink slip to my Dad's Jetta right before he got outa jail. It was against an s2000 with $100,000 under the hood. I lost and ran away.
