You guys are dumbasses, I think you all need to go do some learnin'. Im done with this retarded thread. I guess magazine specs are always right so all those times ive been 170 in stock ls1 f-bods I guess the speedos were off and it was only 155.

Also, how were you measuring your speed? If it wasn't by a GPS, then you cannot be certain. The stock speedometer do get skewed up towards the top, so although it may say 150mph, you may not be doing it.

This thread is an eye opener to how dumb some members on this site really are. You can present a reasonable well-researched argument and people will argue with and present no facts whatsoever to back their unfounded claims. I cant wait to get my tranny back in so I can go do a top speed run.

Dude, me too. I can't wait until you get your tranny in so you can hit 250mph. I mean, the Veyron needed 1001hp, 100s of million in research, but the good ole turd gen can do it with h/c/i and a 150shot. Damn are people wasting their money on those cars...1.2mil for 254mph when a 3rd can do it for 15k, god damn...

Like I said READ IN CONTEXT!! I never claimed I could do 250 in my cars current state, People were saying that I would run out of gears too early so I was implying that my car has the gearing to do 250 which it does. I will never see those speeds and I may never see 200 but I have seen around 190 and I am sure I will do it many more times in the future and it will definitely be on video. Just curious, what are you gonna say when I post a video of myself doing 190mph?
