Wow, you must be moving some air. I'm running a ported, clipped, big wheel (37lb) stock turbo, so I have plenty of fuel for this thing. I'm still in the tuning process, but E85 is awesome for this type of application. I don't think I'm going to push this thing any farther (about 350whp) since FWD is the suck for traction.
I am going to convert the SS once I get it back up and running. I'm going to do a 9.5 to 1 comp motor (402 ci) and a T76. I haven't calculated how much fuel to plumb it for yet, but I'll probably need a sump type setup and some kind of giant injectors.

I've been on E85 for a while. I recently upgraded to a ported, big wheel stock turbo (56lb) stock turbo as well. Had to upgrade to 1200cc injectors to keep the IDC's down. I run twin in tank fuel pumps as well. Keeps the IDC's down around a nice 80%.

I wanted to do E85 as well, but there are ONLY 4 stations in the Pittsburgh area that carry it, and i wasn't going to revolve where/when i go somewhere around what gas station i was going to be near....
and ls1wannabe, downpipes are just a peice of the exhaust, but are only ever recognized as that when on turbo cars - so i stick to my post that he was just talking out his *** if he said his car had a downpipe...

I turn the fuel back on my translator in order to run 93 if I have to. It's not a fully tuned map, but it'll get me around on pump gas in a pinch.
