Can I buy a single rear 4/4? I have one that won't adjust anymore and I need to be able to have them to stiffen up when I put the springs in.

Default 4/4 - 4/3 ?

Can someone help me understand what are 4/4 and 4/3? something with 3rd gen and 4th gen?

I know S/A (single adj) right? and D/A (double adj) right?

Did you buy them used?? If not why not send them in for warranty work?

The 4/4s are FULLY adjustable. The 4/3s have SET adjustments. Sam can explain it best but that is the long long long long long story short.

If you have ever talked to Sam on the phone you would understand that joke.

This makes me a very happy man. I'll be ordering a set in the next few weeks. Are your lowering springs still on back order? How well do the 4/3s deal with BMR springs in case I have to wait a while on a set of yours?

Simple as that? 4/4 = D/A (fully adj) & 4/3 = S/A (set adj)?

I thought I read somewhere a while back about 4th gen front and 3rd gen rear, I thought was a 4/3. no?

My springs came and went... We're current waiting on the next batch of approximately 100 sets due in about 8 weeks. And fwiw, I have more than 10 of those sets sold, so those who waited around last time, don't wait this time!!!

The Koni's will damp any spring out there, such is the range of damping you have access to with the rebound adjuster. That doesn't mean that spring rates don't matter as shocks damp the springs, they don't set the wheel rate.

I ordered these the Friday before the sale from sam talk about horrible timing. Still well worth it though and sam gives great customer service. Cant wait to have em on the TA. Those of you debating what shocks to get... suck it up and get these while you can.. more expensive, ya, but why sacrifice on one of the most important parts on your car.
