Default Lower Control Arm HELP

is there any adjustable lower control arm that doesnt make noises everytime u hit a bump?

Mine doesn't make any noise. Just make sure all the joints are tight. No loose ends.

If the jam nuts aren't tight, they'll make a lot of noise, also the LCA mount bolts!

do i need adjustable control arms if i wanna lower my car? and lets say i had non adjustables can i use the relocation brackets for them?

No you don't, yes you can.
I've never had to adjust the length on any of the rear LCAs I've had on my car, even when I installed my BMR bolt on relocation brackets.
IMO, You should get a adj.PHB if you lower your car.

IMO get one with rod-ends, on both ends
I've never had any noise problems with rod-ends on both ends of the PHB, unlike with LCAs.

There will be no noise from this one. The rod ends are what make the noise this one has polyurethane bushings.
